(…….) by Raydale Dower
A new spatial sound composition by Raydale Dower commissioned by Cryptic Nights. Following the success of Piano Drop at Tramway, Dower continues to explore the idea of sound as a sculptural medium. The work will be performed on an orchestra of loudspeakers: a concept originally developed by the Musique Concrète composer Francois Bayle and termed ‘The Acousmonium’.
There will be two performances on Thursday 2nd February, first at 7pm and followed by a second at 9pm.
